Borage

Cucumber Herb is an annual herb grown for its edible, star-shaped flowers and nutrient-rich leaves. It offers striking blue blooms and hairy, succulent foliage with a mild, cucumber-like flavour, and reaches around 60–100 cm at maturity. It is best grown in well-drained, fertile soil in a full sun position, with a typical cropping period of 50–70 days from sowing for flowers and leaves.
