Dill

Dill is an herb grown for its fragrant leaves and seeds used in cooking and pickling. It offers feathery foliage, delicate flavour, and attractive yellow flower umbels, and reaches around 60–90 cm tall at maturity. It is best grown in well-drained, fertile soil and full sun, with a typical cropping period of 50–60 days for leaves and 90 days for seeds.
