Sage

Sage – Common Sage is a herb grown for its aromatic leaves, widely used in cooking and herbal remedies. It offers soft, grey-green foliage with a distinctive, slightly peppery flavour and reaches around 60–80cm at maturity. It is best grown in well-drained, moderately fertile soil in full sun, with a typical cropping period of several months, allowing leaves to be harvested as needed throughout the growing season.
